Here is my list
MSN seems to work just fine for me, not sure what problems you are having.

Rogers (cell phone company): display is a bit garbled, not a huge deal.
Corporate Sharepoint site: navigation items missing, a huge deal. sad
Corporate Outlook Web Access: fully functional but doesn't look quite as nice in Firefox, not a huge deal.

Firefox rules!
