You are assuming a level if intelligence that to my

experiance has been very rarely demonstrated in our agancies.
Also perhaps they know full well that this will NOT do anthing
against real terrorists but might give them inside information
about well the less than patriotic citizens of this country that of
course should ALWAYS be monitored. In my humble opinion
since I don't think they are that stupid as to think terrorists are
using chat rooms I think it is far more likely that this is yet again
another move to use the FEAR factor and the SHEEPLE to give the
goverment yet another level of observation on it's own people
and by default more CONTROL.
