Any *nix email client, in fact not just email attachments
Any *nix system can be configured to prevent downloads
from being executed by users wether from email, web, ftp
or any other form. Hence the reference to the operating
system in my original post.

These email virus/trojans/worms will continue on windows
because it has no security model.
