Don't worry about it Microsoft will fix the problem DEC 14

"The malware exploits the Bofra/IFRAME vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Explorer, which was announced earlier this month. Microsoft has said that a fix will be available on December 14th. Systems that have been upgraded to Windows XP Service Pack 2 reportedly are not affected."

But hey IT guys your job is easier with the monthly fix release.
