Patches cause headaches for federal managers

BWAH- HAH - HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA- HA-!

As a federal employee for over three years, I know for a fact that the Dept. of the Interior had to patch only three pieces of software for the vast majority of users. But with *astonishing* frequency.

All three products came from the same vendor. Anyone care to take a guess as to which one?
