- You still haven't done it, sorry
- Windows does not "essentially" let your users log in as root and statements like this can only come from people who are still on Windows ME. If you have misconfigured your Windows box to let you log in as administrator, you are probably the exact same person who would log in as root on a Linux machine or, at the very least, a user with all possible permissions.
