Are you sure?
This is an executable that is mailed to someone. That someone has to save the attachment and run it. Unless you are telling me that it is impossible to mail executables to *nix users (in which case I would have to doubt the usefulness of the *nix OS), trojans are VERY possible in *nix systems.
