Air Force and Microsoft
As someone who has a double misfortune: 1) working on an AF facility which uses 2) Microsoft products, all that I can say is: Arghhhhhh. This computer is a 3+ GHz machine which manages (through Microsoft help) to underperform an old 500 MHz PIII laptop at home. Most of the physists with whom I work insist on Macs (when you need a tool, not a toy).
