Cost of phishing trap
The existance of these attacks has led me to simply delete any email I recieve from a financial institution. I used to look at them to try to figure out if they were legitimate, but it just isn't worth my time.

The loss of this relativly inexpensive way of communicating with potential customers has to be great.
