Good point!
You are supposed to have a license to drive, makes sense to have some sort of requirements to get on the net.

It would probably have to be the law in order to make it easier to stop those who don't like to be curteous though, because people seem to have forgotten about common courtesy these days.

We now live in a world where people think they can do whatever they please. How many times have you heard "it's a free country" from rude people?
