Time for ISPs to act?
Cybernuisances and cybercriminals would have a much harder time if all machines on the Net had AV and firewall functionality installed.
I have always been of the opinion that proper protection is good netiquette - it is polite to others to be relatively confident that your machine cannot be hijacked, thus becoming a pest.
Perhaps the time has come when ISPs should make this a condition of service?
