Dude, YOU get a clue!
Just like you don't have time to train your C/S reps, so I don't have time to figure all this stuff out either. That's the problem with many of you IT types. You think that everything revolves around whatever you're doing.
But that's not the case. I am involved with trying to get my work done.

I never invited anybody to sent me viruses and to screw around with my machine. But these virus writers are evil, small minded techno-idiots who live to make other peoples' lives miserable.

And MANY of the people who post here aren't much better from the posts that I read now and then. Gloating about MS misfortunes, etc! Any time you gloat about somebody's problems, you display juvenile qualities you would be better to get rid off soon.

If you're not part of the solution, then you're part of the problem.
