- Too bad customers won't pay extra for....
- better service. They tend to forget that having someone on the phone to answer all those questions they could easily solve for themselves by selfeducating requires real world dollars to pay a salary. Customers demand p-n-p and low security by paying the lowest price possible and not by supporting the better ISP's who willingly virus-scan and firewall their customers in addition to providing excellent technical support.
