Didn't the article say that in order to exploit this flaw, a user would have had to be lured to a malicious site first? And that the malicious site sould then have had to exploit the flaw to place malicious content in the cache? And then, a user accessing the cached content would be think that the cached content was trusted when in fact it was not trusted?

That seems to me to be obscure enough to be called "Important" and not "Critical". If you feel it should be "Critical", then please tell us why.
