Despite the importance of company culture and good security policies, vendors still must be vigilant in developing security in to their product roadmaps, with the following four principles in mind: authenticate everyone; encrypt everything; deploy strong network protection at the perimeter; and maintain leading anti-virus software. SAP must partner with best-of-breed providers to deliver easy-to-use products for the mobile and extended enterprise and converged networks of tomorrow.
