IE fixes make machines unstable
I have scrupulously applied patches from Microsoft as they have become available to my home machines. First IE on my notebook became unstable, sometimes abruptly closing all windows when I tried to move to another site; now after adding XP SP2 my desktop locks up totally at random when I'm using IE. I'm using Mozilla on my notebook and will be installing it on my desktop. Seems like a pretty good reason to avoid MS to me.
