Not A Bad Idea
Granted that the browsers that are currently available are not perfect, it really does not give people the right to write malicious codes that cripple computers and caused their owners lost of valuable resources.

It would be unrealistic to think that this problem will go away completely, but if these malicious code writers are executed if, and when, they are found guilty, we will definitely see a drastic decline in the amount of virus, etc.
