Microsoft: Security requires teamwork

PT Barnum was right: Rich Kaplan's claim that a service pack for Microsoft's Rights Management Services will improve IT security should have had his entire audience scratching their heads, looking at each other, and saying "Huh?" This is rather like claiming that a styptic pencil will be an effective way to stop arterial bleeding.
