Not a very good statement.
Someone earlier stated that people who use IE deserve to have their identity stolen/lifted

I believe that this is an ignorant statement because (unfortunately) MANY applications are coded for the IE browsers and will NOT work on other browsers.

There are some brilliant people who are NOT as computer savvy (as Mr. Spicoli) and may not know the dangers and risks of turning on a computer.

Nobody deserves to fall victim of identity lifting or theft because they use IE.

I would like to see web developers build applications built around the Opera/Mozilla browsers, but this will never happen.

I would suggest users to try different browsers such as Opera or Firefox. Many will decide that IE is NOT the best browser and switch, which will cause fewer dollars in damages caused by exploits targeted by the MOST USED BROWSER.

Another thing that users can do is purchase products such as DriveShield (http://drivesheild.com) that will help protect their computers if something bad was to happen caused by a virus, hack or browser security hole by simply rebooting their computers.
