Perhaps, I'm missing something

Your first sentence:

Your entire argument is based on opinion also.

Your last sentence:

That's just a elementary fact and not a basis for argument.

So where exactly was the opinion in my argument. Yeah, the most used software has the higher dollar damage, but I'll bet this $$ damage is much closer to 100% of the total $$ damage, which is more than the 95% market share it allegedly has...this is a fact. Targetting viruses to Linux/Unix based machines, including newer Macs, requires more social and technical expertise than targetting to Windows based machines...another fact. IE has more exploits that are easier to target than anything currently on Linux/Unix based machines, and that is not including the "drive by" capabilities of ActiveX...yet another fact. Now if you can disprove what I say are facts, then please do. But please don't say it is based on opinion, then call it an elementary fact.
