Web Statistics or "The Emperor has no clothes"
First off, I love FireFox and it's tabbed windows. They make it easy to keep Ebay auctions from the same seller or category together. Likewise, I use CrazyBrowser for the same reason, though it is based on the IE engine. I usually have four different browsers open at the same time to make it easy to keep different web sites separate, along with their saving directories on my computer. (Where does it say that you can only use one browser and only one window of it?) Plus, if one type crashes, you don't loose what is in your other browser windows.

My concern on these web statistics is how accurate they are? FireFox, along with some other non-IE browsers can spoof themselves as IE for those websites that are prejudiced to non-IE browsers. For example, take 100 users. Have 50 use IE, and the other 49 use FireFox and 1 use Opera. Have 40 of the FireFox users activate the IE emulation plugin. From the web site's perspective, 90 users are using IE, even though only 50 actually are.

Remember the old saying. "Garbage in, garbage out."
