Well... the name -IS- theirs, isn't it?
SPAM (Short for SPiced hAM) is theirs, AFAIK. The fact the whole internet community starts using it (in a negative manner) does not deminish the validity of their claim... I agree that it's a full-fledged internet term now, and nothing will change that anymore. AS SUCH they can't forbid the usage of the term and the referral it incurs. But they are well within their rights that nobody uses it in official naming, letter heads etc etc. My 2 cents. Cheers // Jaap.
