Software flaws
I agree with you. All computer softwares are created and developed by human beings, therefore, bugs and flaws are expected. The major issue that everybody should be concerned with is the attitude of these computer software creators and developers. If, and when, the bugs and flaws in their computer software are brought to their attention, what action(s) will they take to get rid of the bugs and correct the flaws.

Looking back through the records, one seems to find that whenever a bug, or a flaw, is found in Microsoft software, the company will first utilize valuable resources to downplay the seriousness of the problem rather than utilizing these valuable resources to seriously study and correct the problem. Personally, I think that is the main reason why so many people do not have faith in Microsoft and its products. And unless Microsoft start to make serious changes to their attitude, I think we will see more and more people shift to other products.
