ABMers
I am curious.

I started programming on proto-PCs in the 70's, and when the first version of MS-DOS came out several years later I laughed at its shortcomings. Later MS products invoked likewise laughter, and recent security nightmares have made me wonder why anyone ever bought any MS product after the first laughable version of MS-DOS.

So am I an ABMer? Did I jump on some unjustified bandwagon after MS "proved" that business success equals technological success? Or have the 99.99% of MS supporters since the early 80's been the ones jumping on low-quality bandwagons that were marketed to them?

Are MS supporters the suckers I have always presumed them to be?
