exactly, other browsers DO see this as a flaw
MS see's this as not being a flaw, and yes if forefox had the same problem(don't know if they do, don't know if they dont), they'd announce it as a flaw. MS looks to be trying to save face as another one pops up for their IE browser. This comment isn't really made for the technical people, it's made so to make people who are home users believe it. We know the truth, they don't understand how it works, so they may believe it or not. Works in MS's best interest most of the time.
