What version are you using?
Because I try all of those spoof spams that come through and I can't get them to work right on Firefox. I've tried on Windows and Linux, not joy on either platform. But it worked perfectly at the customer site on IE 6. In Firefox when I mouse over the link and the real address shows on the status line. When I try to follow the link in a new tab I get an error.

I have the popup blocking enabled, but other than that it's pretty much a default setup.
