Have you considered

that the Democrats, who pushed through "motor voter" have a vested interest in maintaining an opportunity for fraud?

Registration should be ONLY at the Registrar of Voters office and should require proper identification. The legal paperwork should ONLY be available in American English, which is the de facto language of the country. (It should be made the legal language of the country.) Each voter should be required to complete the forms independently, in secret (behind a screen), with NO physical assistance after being seated or otherwise given access to the forms.

Registration should be required not less than one month before the actual vote.

Reregistration should be mandatory before each presidential election. The reregistration period should open six months before the closing date. The voter rolls should be purged on the date the registration closes. This will allow local elections during the registration period.
