The best use of this technology would be to embed chips into every felon who is released from prison. Since they must report every month anyway, they could be tracked 24/7 with a possible reduction in probation and/or parole agents who are no so over worked their case loads are smothering them. It would also aid law enforcement when someone is stopped or picked up because they would carry all the information about them in their shoulder. Just a thought.
