Amen to both AX and Filled....:)
There was a time when I use to get soooo upset when I saw a
woman abused by a man. I would foolishly get involved like an
instict..before I could think bout it I was there.

I had no real problem with the guys cause they are ALWAYS
craven cowards. NO matter how big or loud or even experienced
in the fight...those who abuse women are cowards PERIOD! and
when faced with someone who despite not being as large or as
loud as they...they always slink away. No the problem I found
was even after getting free of their abusier these women would
either go back to said, or find another abuser..sometimes worse
than the one before.

So I began to form a theory. Since these pairs of people the
abusive man and the abused woman always seem to find one
another...maybe it was in some odd and ugly way meant to be?
Like the Rabbit is meant to be the prey of the wolf? They always
seem to find one another. And once sepeated...they seem to
either find another or go back to the same..as if they were
pieces of the same puzzle.

Still I can NOT stand these guys and to this day I still enjoy
facing them down...but I do not hold up much hope on the other
end.

Now the point of this story is I think that these people are going
to get what they deserve. The ones who want to be safe will
crawl over there's and our freedoms in order to get there, and
maybe al lthe posts and explinations of the obvious dangers will
do not good. Maybe they have to experience the pain of Big
Brother's rule over their every move and action to learn, or
maybe even that will NOT teach the sheep to be lions. Maybe
it's just the way it is...some things will never change:)
