Excellent product...
Well PAV anyway. Never tried TruPrevent. Maybe its just the new name that there AutoProtect or Perimiter defence has. When last I used panda was a long time ago. It had shut down an entire network of one of our clients except one laptop. He was ticked!

Why did we give them this 'no-name' AV product instead of NAV or McAfee just to save a few bucks and now...!" Anyone who tried to get on the network, their system was rebooted, scanned, cleaned, rebooted, scanned, cleaned,....

If you came off the network, you booted but all the data was on the network. All but this one laptop could not boot while connected. They called me in and what did I do? I took the laptop from the roving executive --yes, pronounced, 'upper-level idiot'-- off the network, loaded PAV that he never got 'cause he was never in the office, scanned his computer, got the virus off. In the interim, having removed the laptop from the network, everybody booted.

Apparantly, PAV was protecting them from the virus being loaded on every system from the unprotected ULI's notebook. They wer unproductive for half a day but they were able to use their data thereafter. Granted, it would have been nice if it didn't have to shut down the network and get all mellodramatic and all but not one bit of data was compromised and the client thanked us profusely when I put it that way.

I heard the product has improved tremendously since back then. Kudos for you.
