Trend Micro
Although I use Pc-Cillin among other programs on my list of computers that I maintain, and do like it better than Symantec, As of this mornings update, it did not recognize joke.exe as a virus, which I had received in an email. The process was download updates, check email, save attachment, scan sved attachment. Result---no virus found

Even though most antivirus companies claim that you can only run one antivirus, I know that to be false. Some are incompatible (norably Macaffee and Norton) but others can coexist, as long as only one scans email. I have Norton scan everything including email and use v-com's System Suite 5 auto file scan. I know I take a performance hit, but I have found that if your liveupdate is scheduled for automatic, it only updates once a week, which means that you are susceptible for any new viruses that come out on the days between updates
