Nope, any and all users of Windows
could switch to Apple or Linux. A number of knowledgeable as well as not-so-techie inclined. For those ppl who fortified their Win boxes, it may not be as pressing to switch as to someone who finds tinkering with such settings to be too much a bother, and with Apple and Linux strong 'out-of-box secure" reputations, hey, why not leave behind a plagued Windows?

If you took offence, sorry. Sort posts don't allows touch upon issues in the most explained out manner, more presumed. Everybody may have different mileage. I fortify my Windows installations, would like to use a Mac in the future, and have a small number of dual boot Windows/Linux boxes, so its not a slight to any, including Windows.

If we can't live together, we surely can do the other thing together.
