There are a lot of morons...
"Only a moron would put in his password when something he doesn't know what it is installs itself."

What was it... there was a study where 80% of people would give up their password for a candy bar? Most people, when prompted for their password, will enter it. Grandma won't know that its something bad, she'll just do what it says and enter her password.

Similar to those password-protected Zip files that were going around for a while there... They'd come with an email, with the zip password, and people would still go through the trouble of unzipping it, typing in the password, and running the payload inside.
