..Cyberterrorist - Annoying Denial of Service/Hacks/virus/worms attacks. More annoying than the fridge being empty of beer, but less annoying than an itchy mosquito bit...

Airplane: Flying device for transporting people from A to B.
High rise building: Economic way of getting lots of people working in same location.
That's the pre-9/11 definition anyway.

Moneytrees. Built by taxpayers.
Internet - helps or hinders said drones produce tax revenue.
My company would have to shut down without the Internet.
It's a conduit for commerce which grows the moneytrees that the government chop down.
You might think it just for games but that's just you.

Government financial priorities:
$1.5 trillion tax cut.

Government foreign policy priority:
'Freedom' to Iraqis whether the want it or not.
Cost: 1100 troops dead, 5000 injured and the army is withdrawing troops from S. Korea to carry on the fight.
In money terms $200B and counting.

Does your imagination allow for N. Korea as a threat or do real threats only come from oil producing countries?

NJ priorities:
Shutting down all other programs that divert money from the fight against terrorism.

In conclusion, this is multi front long term war that's going to take a lot more than just dollars to win.
Terrorism is abstract.
Can you please name any country that has defeated terrorist by simply spending more money?
