Failed programs and policies abound in which the Federal Government has been involved in. Excuse my disbelief that the federal gov should set policy for the private sector. It is from the private sector that the feds should model their cyberspace security not the other way around. This sounds like bids for contracts more than anything else, you know, tell us what you need and we will provide it.
