Yes there is a risk from everything you mentioned.
I could add a few more.
So could everyone else.
The only defence left would be to head for the bunkers and stay there until it was safe.

I would prefer to place some priority and then get on with our lives.
Part of that life, commercial and personal, involves the Internet.
Why not secure it?

Or should we send the Internet security team down to the border?
