i wouldn't say employee
but i'd go with bootcamp MCSE. MS is all he happens to know, if they lose market share enough, he will have to fight to keep contracts if he does in fact consult(who knows). He's very closed minded and only see's what MS tells him.

Just my opinion of his ramblings.
