Sure I have
Offering a job to one hacker who servered his time after being convicted is what happened. That does not make that an incentive for me to follow that same path. I can't say I like the idea of having criminal record and having to pay fines as well as do some time just to get a job. That's silly, there are easier ways to do it like applying for a job.
