From spam king to spy master?

We need the Untouchables: Back during prohibition, Elliot Ness' guys used to come in with the sledgehammers and smash up the bootlegger's operations. We need the same tactics to battle spammers. Send in a bunch of big scary guys with sledgehammers about 2 AM to smash up the spammer's servers.
