If Billie is as smart
as I think he is, he won't charge for it or maybe a small token price, Like $19.95.

He will have control over the database and be able to charge BIG TIME to the companies that want to put spyware and adware on EVERY computer with Windows on it.

And since it's his OS he can tell Ad-Aware and the others to ignore the stuff he allowed to be there.
