Image virus NOT spread by chat
This is a very misleading and harmful article. Due to email SPAM, I have been trying to encourage my clients to use IM rather than email for support discussions since it is more responsive.

?Directions to a web site? can come from anywhere. This has nothing to do with IM and you have given it a black eye for nothing! Not only that, ?chat? and IM are NOT the same things.
