99.9% of company executives that may think they need down USB ports won't even think about blocking email and web access.

USB ports might make good copy, but anyone really concerned about security won't be running an MS operating system in the first place. (Agencies like the NSA don't even allow Windows computers on a network carrying classified data. )

If your information is that critical run it on an IBM AS400 and give your employees green screen terminals.
