No we cannot sue the post office. That would not be anymore reasonable than sueing our ISP.
But, as far as I am concerned we should be able to sue the companies who send the junk mail. This week alone I returned 10 "preapproved" credit card offers, all from Citibank. Boy, what a lucerative target they would be!
Oh, by the way, when I return them they are blank and Citibank can pay the postage.
