Junk Mail
Since most Junk mail goes 3rd class or bulk mail, at ridiculously low rates, I fail to see how it *pays* for anything costing $.37 or more. It costs just as much to deliver and must make up 50% of the wieght a postal carrier lugs around.

And while we're on the subject - how about those bags of litter that get hung on your door knob every week?
