Gates is the piss ant that wrote the flaw into the software in the first place and didn't fix it when they had know about it as far back as 2001. So, HELL YEAH it's Bill Gates Fault!!!

Dont ask for proof, just look at M$'s record of knowing about windows flaws for years before fixing the crap!
