haw. I fail to see how posting the sample exploit makes you a criminal...
I fail to see how posting the sample code makes him a lowlife... in fact, because that person DID post the code, there is a fix to prevent something which shouldn't have been possible in the first place.

I think you should all count your stars that people decided to make little baby versions of the exploit for the point of SHOWING that the exploit exists.

If they truely wanted to, they could have made much more malicious use of the exploit instead of the current versions.
