Um the question seemed to me hiring someone who
does something wrong, so that their wrong actions are rewarded
in the end...is it not?

You don't mean to say those who built these weapons knew or
thought they were doing it for the right reasons do you.

Did not some trials after the War state clearly that doing it under
order's was simply not good enough (now knowing the basic
structure of any military...I'm not saying I totally agree with that
ruling) but still it does seem to have some bearing on this
question of hiring a hacker who did wrong and will benefit from
his/her actions by getting a job.
