What happened to criminals not having the same rights as people who do abide by the law. Maybe it's different in Germany. I think he should suffer ina cell for a long time and be outlawed from computers so if he even gets the notion to try something like this again, and does, then he goes to jail for a long long time. He wasted many companies resources, and alot of peoples time with his release of the virus. Should we pat him on the hand and say "don't do it again" or make it so he wont try it again. You don't give a criminal "mad props" or a "job" because of his criminal activity, you give him something to think about to deter him from such acts ever again.

Simply put, if say some other script kiddie finds the code on the net, writes his own virus that tottally slows the internet to a trickle, along with destroying data that is needed to help keep a company running, do we congradulate him? No we give him a trial, and we send him to jail. You don't see drug dealers released from jail here in the states and offered positions to be pharmacists do ya?
