You've already hired hackers
It's a well known fact that in computer security today, you need to be as concerned if not more concerned about internal threats than the external ones. The only difference between remote access and felony computer tampering is potentially the time of day a user access the system. These people are very usefull potentially and if you remove the incentive to hack with money and respect, no employer should have anything to fear. That's not to say that they won't hack someone else, just not you.
