Is it right? Not really. But hey, we pulled together in a time of emergency and now, we see that the Gov't is taking advantage of the situation so we have the right and duty to speak up.

there a numerous ways we are being taken advantage of.. to what end though, we can only speculate, keep the war in Iraq going, scare the hell out of the average american citizen, raise taxes..

I honestly am very tired of hearing how our threat rate has gone up over a major holiday just to have it lowered the following Tuesday.

How this database would work is beyong me. Do you really think that Osama Bin Lauden would really fly under his own name? He's more than likely to fly under the name of Joe Smith and have ID to back it up. So now anyone with the name of Joe Smith is on the threat list.

I honestly wish that the American Gov't and the American people would get on with their lives. Let the people who lost loved ones move forward instead of the daily reminders being thrown in their face (like they don't have daily reminders anyway when they wake up alone or a child screams out for the other parent or either parent). Mark 9/11 down in the history books and get back to leading a normal life. 9/11 WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE WERE ATTACKED ON AMERICAN SOIL but everyone is acting like it is. Its just the most successful attack.
